Technology-focused real estate valuation platform Endeksa.com has determined the 10 most valuable districts of Turkey with its study conducted in line with March 2022 housing valuation statistics. While the first three most valuable counties were Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Çeşme, 6 of Istanbul, and one each from İzmir, Muğla, Antalya, and Çanakkale were included in the list of Turkey’s most valuable districts.
According to Endeksa’s housing data for the end of March, Beşiktaş ranked first with an average square meter price of 47 thousand 081 TL. Sarıyer followed Beşiktaş with an average square meter price of 44 thousand 219 TL, and Çeşme with a square meter price of 33 thousand 449 TL. Compared to the same period of the previous year, there was an increase of 175% in Beşiktaş, 168% in Sarıyer and 134% in Çeşme.
Evaluating the data, Endeksa.com Founding Partner and General Manager Görkem Öğüt stated that the counties in Istanbul dominate the list and said, “Coastal cities where summer houses are densely located also draw attention. Çeşme from İzmir with an average square meter price of 33 thousand 449 TL, Bozcaada from Çanakkale with 26 thousand 381 TL, Bodrum with 30 thousand 356 TL and Antalya with an average square meter price of 25 thousand 445 TL were among the top 10 coastal cities. ” he said.
