The expectatons of the Government point out to 250 Billion US Deollars investments in the next 20 years. The regulation giving the permission to non- Republic of Turkey citizens to become property owners is affecting positively the process. The Government is evaluating the urban transformaton as the most important growth instrument in the coming period.
70% of the buildings in Istanbul are carrying the earthquake risk. Our target is to renew the buildings in the regions identified as risk areas, to increase the social and green areas, to create project models which would be beneficial for both the investors and owners, by respectng the owners’ rights. At this stage Adason is organizing the works together with its engineering technical teams.
